Our Story

Leslie Grable's career has always been rooted in creating memorable experiences for people. She got her start in 2009, helping the Overstreet family open The Dock in Newport Beach, CA, immersing herself in the fast-paced world of restaurants and hospitality. In 2014, life took a heartfelt turn to spend the next 12 years in senior care - supporting families and communities through some of life's challenging moments.

Then, in 2023, Leslie met Jon Grable, her husband and future business partner. While planning their wedding, the couple wanted something unique for their guest - a personal touch that would make the day unforgettable. They discovered the charm of custom-branded coconuts, and the spark of creativity grew into a full- fledged business.

Today, Leslie and Jon bring that same sense of joy, thoughtfulness, and memorable expereinces to every event they touch - one coconut at a time.
